Pricing

Simple plans.
Transparent per-piece pricing.

A platform tier sets features and governance, and usage is billed per piece at published prices. Every plan measures against an account-level holdout, so every dollar reports against the pipeline it created.

Pilot · $199, one time

100 pieces to your top accounts, individually researched, measured against an account-level holdout. Credited toward your first month if you continue.

Usage draws down prepaid credits: buy a block upfront, set an auto top-up threshold, and unused credits roll over. Per-piece prices include print and postage; the markup is disclosed on every invoice. All of it should sit far below the value of one incremental opportunity. If it does not, mail is the wrong channel for you and we will say so.

What a pilot looks like

Setup is an afternoon.
Proof is a sales cycle.

01

An afternoon

Setup.

Connect Salesforce or HubSpot, or drop in a CSV. Pick a campaign, point it at your top accounts, and set the guardrails once.

02

Days, because paper travels

Delivery.

Pieces print, post, and land on desks. Follow-up is timed to delivery confirmation, not to a send button.

03

A sales cycle, because pipeline takes one

The report.

The holdout answers the only question that matters: what did the channel actually create?

Fair questions

Before you connect the CRM.

Where do the addresses come from?

A resolution waterfall across commercial data sources and your own CRM. Every address carries a confidence score and provenance: which source said it, and when. Low confidence goes to a review queue, never to the mailbox. Bad addresses are our problem, not yours.

Who writes the copy, and who approves it?

Drafts are generated from account research (funding rounds, hiring signals, launches, CRM context), with every fact pinned to a source. Your team edits and approves before anything prints. Nothing sends without a human sign-off, and edits are versioned.

Which providers actually send the mail?

Lob prints the postcards and letters. Handwrytten writes the handwritten notes. Gifts are sourced through partners and quoted per gift. You contract with none of them: one workflow, one invoice, one report. If a better provider appears, we route to it and your workflow does not change.

What if our audience is too small for a holdout?

Then we say so before you spend. Small campaigns get descriptive numbers, honestly labeled, and pool into a program-level report over time. We would rather you trust the number.

What does it cost, all in?

A platform tier from $500 a month, plus published usage: postcards $1.10, letters $1.35, handwritten notes $2.95, address verification $0.06 a contact, gifts quoted per gift. Usage is prepaid credits with auto top-up, and unused credits roll over. Per-piece prices include print and postage, and the markup is disclosed on every invoice. Every plan includes account-level holdouts. No per-seat pricing, ever.

Say it on paper. Prove it in pipeline.

Launch a pilot to your top accounts: research-backed pieces your reps approve, follow-up timed to delivery, and an account-level holdout that reports what the channel actually created.

Setup takes an afternoon. Delivery takes days, because paper travels. The report takes a sales cycle, because pipeline does too.
